During the winter and spring of 2017, we were lucky enough to have the opportunity to spend 6 months living in China. From China’s food to its’ culture, the journey was definitely one to remember as we made new friends and expanded our cultural knowledge. Our China travels not only allowed us to reconnect with our personal backgrounds, but also challenged our preconceived notions concerning Chinese culture and relationships. Despite widespread commercialism and consumerism, China’s natural beauty and cultural values are worth a visit. If only there was the same level of authentic Chinese food in New York!

Here are some of our favorite travel shots, from our travels in Shanghai, Xi An, Zhangzhou and Ankan.
